How can I book a tour?
Booking a tour with us is very simple! You just need to select your desired destination or adventure, share your details with us, and we’ll guide you through the payment process. Once confirmed, you’ll receive your itinerary and booking details—then all you need to do is get ready to enjoy your trip!
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Most of our tours are open to all age groups, but certain trips may have age guidelines depending on the activities involved (for example, adventure tours may require participants to be above a certain age). Families with children and senior travelers are always welcome.
What is included in the tour package?
Our tour packages are designed to give you a complete experience. They typically include accommodation, transportation, guided sightseeing, adventure activities, and some meals, depending on the package. We’ll share a detailed itinerary so you know exactly what’s covered before you book.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is flexible and designed to give you peace of mind. Cancellations made a certain number of days before departure (usually 14–30 days, depending on the package) may qualify for a partial or full refund.
✅ 30 days or more before departure → Full refund (minus service charges)
✅ 15–29 days before departure → 50% refund of total package price
❌ 7–14 days before departure → 25% refund of total package price
❌ Less than 7 days before departure or no-show → No refund
⚠️ Note: Airline tickets, visa fees, and certain hotel bookings may be non-refundable depending on the provider’s policy. All details will be shared clearly at the time of booking.
What should I pack for the tour?
Packing depends on your destination and season, but we suggest keeping it light and comfortable. Essentials include: valid ID/passport, comfortable clothing & shoes, personal toiletries, any prescribed medicines, a light jacket, travel-sized first aid kit, and chargers/power bank. For adventure tours, don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and sportswear.
